BigWorld Technical Support is available to licensees through all facets of BigWorld engine deployment, from minor assistance with complex engine features to complete game optimization, architecting or coding assistance. Our friendly and professional engineers are happy to help with any question and can often assist clients with recommendations of proven approaches and efficient methods of MMOG production in relation to art, programming or world building spheres. A variety of support levels are available to licensees, from limited email contact through to dedicated onsite engineering assistance, packages are available to suit every project and budget.

Registered BigWorld licensees have access to BigWorld technical support in the form of online 'live' chat, email and telephone. Our regular support hours are 9-6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), though we can provide other support coverage hours as required. The current AEST time is: Tue 13 May 2008 11:21 pm .
